At Chadwicks & Hacks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and appliance purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated returns center; we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
