The Yoder Two-Piece Heat Diffuser allows for additional flexibility when using your Yoder Smoker. Save time when cleaning out your fire pot! The access door allows for quick & easy access to clean ash out of the fire pot without having to remove all of the cooking grates and standard diffuser plate.

Get grilling quicker! The reinforced heat diffuser allows you to do high temperature grilling without removing the entire diffuser plate. Just remove the standard grill grates, lift out the access door and install the Direct Grill Grates (sold separately).
